We are a company based in Belgium (Europe) that sells hard-to-find spare pars for the VW New Beetle.
Do you have any questions? Would you like to buy a part for your New Beetle?
Send us a message (WhatsApp, SMS, Messenger) or an email with what you need.
You can also call us, preferably between 6 and 7 p.m CET.
We will check our stock, take pictures if necessary, and let you know what the options and costs are.​​

Parts
Not all parts can be tested before they go on sale. We will mention this when selling them.
You will receive them as they are dismantled, unpolished.

Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for New Beetle enthusiasts.
They remain valid for as long as New Beetle Parts exists (no expiration date, no stress).
You can use the voucher in multiple purchases, including shipping costs.
Great for birthdays, surprises, or simply because someone has been looking for that one Beetle part for a long time.

Payment
We use fixed prices. We clearly state in advance what a part costs and the total cost of everything you buy, so you never face any surprises.

Reservations
Would you like to reserve a part?
We will make an appointment and hold the part for you (for the agreed period). If you don’t show up or don’t notify us, we’ll offer the part to the next interested buyer.
You can pick up the part in Leopoldsburg, or if we’re attending an event, we’ll be happy to bring it along.

Shipping
Shipping costs for standard packages:

10–23 kg 15 € 25 €
Worldwide shipping: price on request.
Packages up to 23 kg are shipped via PostNL. We do not ship larger items; you will need to arrange your own courier.
Pickup is available by appointment.
Delivery
We are not Bol or Amazon. We do our best to ship everything as quickly as possible.
You’ll receive a track and trace code once your package is on its way.
Something didn’t arrive? Let us know and we will look into it.
Was anything damaged in transit? Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the item and contact us as soon as possible.

Exchanges
Ordered the wrong part or it doesn’t fit? If possible, we’ll exchange it.
The additional shipping costs are at your expense.
Please note: We don’t offer refunds.

Dismantling
For time-consuming dismantling (such as engine blocks), we ask for a deposit before we start.
